    The Technical Services Project Engineer is the point person for high-value customer-facing engagements. They are responsible for performing and managing API implementations, troubleshooting customer data and API issues, and helping the customer successfully deliver their use cases with our suite of APIs.

    Responsibilities

    The Technical Services Project Engineer brings these areas together and presents them in a way that customers can consume.  You will

    • Work closely with other members of our client services team
    • Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of all production versions of our APIs, data products and applications that consume our APIs
    • Be versatile in using issue management software within a multitier technical support architecture
    • Apply professional project management methodologies to track and manage effort and to document risks where appropriate
    • Understand, maintain, and curate the agreed architecture of solutions for customers who purchase multiple products and APIs
    • Deliver excellent customer support and take ownership for and initiative in producing high quality work under tight deadlines with a highly professional demeanor.

    Qualifications

    Skills required:

    • 3-7 years of customer support experience
    • Knowledge of enterprise IT systems and processes
    • Experience constructing and executing SQL queries, and a deep knowledge of JSON and use in APIs
    • Well versed in at least one of C#, Java, C, Python, Ruby
    • Excellent written and verbal communications
    • Excellent time management and ability to be self-directed
    • Experience in Project Management and comfortable serving multiple concurrent customers
