Seeking a technical savvy and capable individual to provide technical support to our internal employees. The position includes deployment and support of laptops, configuration of email accounts, and general troubleshooting of network and application issues plus the opportunity to learn many internal development systems.
This position is based in our Boston office reporting to the Manager of Technical Operations.
A conscientious, can-do approach and interest in learning are key for the successful candidate.
