  • Overview

    Seeking a technical savvy and capable individual to provide technical support to our internal employees.  The position includes deployment and support of laptops, configuration of email accounts, and general troubleshooting of network and application issues plus the opportunity to learn many internal development systems.

     

    This position is based in our Boston office reporting to the Manager of Technical Operations.

     

    A conscientious, can-do approach and interest in learning are key for the successful candidate.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide support for company employees computer working environment including PCs, printers, networks, and management of the company's Microsoft Active directory based systems
    • Management of Atlassian development tools
    • Monitoring of corporate IT security including virus and intrusion detection systems
    • Participate on strategic internal IT projects upgrading systems and vendors used by the company

    Qualifications

    A technical degree plus 1-2 years of experience with one or more of the following:

    • MS-Office 
    • MS Windows
    • MS Windows Server including Active Directory
    • Microsoft Office365
    • Basic network troubleshooting
    • Cisco ASA firewalls basics
    • Cisco VPN IPsec and AnyConnect configuration
