We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our demand generation initiatives by building and driving content across the lead lifecycle. The Demand Generation coordinates marketing, oversees the execution of lead generation initiatives and manages online presence to promote and grow our analytics software business across the education, government, and human capital management sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the director of communications & subject matter experts to conceptualize and develop an editorial calendar of high-quality content to drive early stage leads to the business development team,
  • Lead efforts in developing lead generation/nurture programs, establish new marketing channels, and the overall user experience.
  • Support content production process in digital and print, calendar and establish process, adapting content for channel distribution, developing product messaging and embedding content throughout marketing and sales collateral.
  • Develop, coordinate, and manage search engine optimization (SEO), Social Media,  Google AdWords campaign, and other aspects of digital marketing to increase traffic and  improve conversion rates.
  • Be the in-house expert on our marketing automation software and employ best-in-class operational processes.
  • Partner with operations to deliver holistic reporting to aggregate data from different sources including marketing automation platform (Pardot), Google Analytics, social properties, etc. to track and improve performance and measure against KPIs.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Proficient in drawing high-level conclusions based on data and visually packaging ideas/results into cohesive, strategic stories.
  • Proven ability to communicate data and useful insights with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in working cross-functionally across the company and ability to work in a small team environment.
  • Experience ly using Pardot + Salesforce.com for effective lead nurturing campaign development.
  • Experience with content management systems, preferably Wordpress, and social media platforms, preferably Hootsuite.
  • Ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects and competing priorities simultaneously, to work independently, and to drive projects to completion with minimal guidance and high attention to detail.
  • Solid project management skills

WORK EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, web design or other appropriate field of study desired.
  • Three years' experience in a progressive digital marketing role is preferred
  • Two years' experience implementing and managing social media campaigns, SEO/SEM, and websites. Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred.
  • Pardot experience is preferred.
  • Education, government, or human capital management industry experience is highly preferred
