We are looking for a creative, self-starter with expertise in problem solving and collaboration. You will be designing the interactive experience that customers will have when engaging with a new product. Your task will be to iterate new designs quickly to effectively garner internal and external market feedback.
Success looks like crystallization of that feedback into a consistent, sleek, modern, user experience differentiated by its ability to deliver insight. Your ability to brainstorm, research, present and meet deadlines will be key.
You will also be working in a data centric environment; an innate curiosity will be important to understand, interpret, and contextualize that data into meaningful insights.
You will be working with an experienced Product Manager, a local Development Team, Solution Architects, and Sr. Data Analyst. The team operates according to the tenants of Agile and is motivated by the opportunity to change the way employees and employers establish mutually beneficial career and business outcomes. You will report into the Dir. of Product Marketing and will be measured by your ability to produce and iterate on material that informs, guides, and generates consensus and intuitive understanding.
Education and Experience:
BA/BS or Masters in-Graphic Design, Design and Applied Arts, Product Design, Cognitive Psychology/Psycholinguistics and 3-5 years of experience in user experience design.
Adobe Certified Expert, Certified Usability Analyst, Certificate in UX and Customer Centered Design (CSU Fullerton), UX Certificate Program (Bentley), UX Design (UC San Diego), Mobile UX / UI Design Intensive (SFU), UX Design (Univ. of Baltimore), User-Centered Design (Univ. of Washington).
